IDMODELING IS AUTHORIZED AS A MBE IN THE STATE OF CALIFORNIA
Pasadena, CA USA, January 28th, 2005 – IDModeling
is Authorized as a MBE in the State of California. The Supplier Clearinghouse
for the Utility Supplier Diversity Program of the California Public Utilities
Commission (CPUC) has verified the eligibility of IDModeling, Inc. as
a Minority Business Enterprise (MBE). This status enables IDModeling
to be recognized as a women and/or minority-owned business when competing
for procurements by public utilities participating in the Utility Supplier
Diversity Program.
General Order (GO) 156 of the California Public Utilities Commission (CPUC) requires
all investor-owned electric, gas, water and telecommunication utility companies
with gross annual revenues in excess of $25,000,000 (and their regulated subsidiaries
and affiliates) to participate in the supplier diversity program, and to develop
and implement programs designed to increase the utilization of WMBEs in their
procurement activities.
