MR. JOEL GEHRETT, P.E., JOINS
IDMODELING AND BRINGS MASTER PLANNING
AND HYDRAULIC MODELING EXPERIENCE

(IDM) is pleased to announce that Mr. Joel Gehrett P.E. has joined the
IDM team of hydraulic model application and training experts as senior
project modeler, adding-to the Company’s Southeast Regional Service
Center staff. Mr. Gehrett will lead IDModeling’s Cape Coral, FL office,
bringing years of experience in hydraulic modeling and master planning
expertise from a leading internationally recognized consulting
engineering firm.
Mr. Gehrett’s portfolio of work includes a number of water quality
modeling projects and a non-revenue water (NRW) project that included
significant field testing to pinpoint locations of greatest water loss.
He has completed recycled water modeling and master planning project
for his local Utility and was able to witness first-hand the water and
energy savings that the Utility realized as a result of the project.

Mr. Gehrett holds a B.S. and M.S. degrees in Civil Engineering from
Brigham Young University in Provo, UT. He is a licensed professional
engineer in the state of Florida. He has been involved with Water For
People’s Water Corps team by helping to establish the Dominican
Republic as a program country for the NGO. He is also involved in local
AWWA leadership as the young professional representative for the
