Hydraulic Model Analysis may be performed to the extent
to which the model has been calibrated. The determination of the extent
of calibration must be agreed upon either by past reports and a concurrence
of management or by an "IDModeling
Hydraulic Model Assessment" which considers the source and method
of data input, the closeness to which model results match field data,
and the length of time which the model has been calibrated for (Steady
State, EPS, etc.) as compared to the analyses desired. Upon conclusion
of the Assessment and concurrence of management, IDModeling may further
develop the model to meet analysis needs or proceed with performing simulations.
| With a qualified, calibrated hydraulic
model, IDModeling may perform Steady State Simulations, 24-hour
Extended Period Simulations, and Multi-Day Simulations. Based on
analyses performed, IDModeling may present results via Technical
Memorandum, Tabular Presentations, or Mapping to clearly address
some of the following potential set of model data and results:
• Diameters
• Age of Pipe
• Material of Pipe
• Elevations
• System Inadequacies and/or Deficiencies
• Pressures
• Flow Circulation Patterns
• Velocities
• Headlosses – Headloss/1000
• d/D Criteria Failures
• System Overflows
• ...and more.

- Capacity Assessments
- Facility Expansions
- Fireflow Determinations
- "What-If" Shutdowns
- Reliability and System Redundancy Evaluations
- Blending Analysis and Alternatives
- Booster Pumping Energy Analysis
- Water Age & Trace Analysis
- ...and more
